1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
5. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders
VEVRA HOME is not liable for any delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or due to weather conditions. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the USA.
